The Ambayo Limited (“Company”, “Ambayo”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) owns and operates www.ambayo.com and Ambayo mobile application (hereinafter referred to as “Service”).

The Company’s Privacy Policy governs your visit to www.ambayo.com (the “Website”) and Ambayo mobile application (the “App”) (together the “Platform”). We are committed to property managing, protecting, and processing your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy, which applies to all Personal Data we collect through our Platform and/or other channels.

We use your data to provide and improve Service. By using Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.
